Succubare - HK - (1981)

Plot from Imdb: "A Chinese village run by beautiful women turns out to be more than the local men bargained for--especially if they have any idea of seducing the local beauties, then running out on them."

Nasty mondo-like movie from the golden area of HK weirdness, the 80's. The story of the 3 princesses - black magic priestesses is laughable. The mondo insertions - mostly an old villager eating almost anything alive, crawling, swimming or running - are gross, of course. But not so much that it is noticeable. But the costumes are great. I'd like to know from where region are those traditional costumes from: they look more like Indonesian  than Chinese. The rest is not very interesting. My main problem with this movie is that there is WAY too much snakes in it. It's like every scene of possession is plastered with inserts of live snakes...it's really lame. One funny detail: one of the cast main character is Carter Wong, who is not an unknown as he appears also in "John Carpenter's Big trouble in Little China" as one of the three magic warriors, Thunder !!

Remembering Carter Wong in his role of Thunder, in "Big Trouble in Little China":
